 Es sind noch Startplätze frei Bereits zum 48-mal finden 2012 in Hürth das traditionsreiche 7er-Turnier statt. Neben der sportlichen Herausforderung versprechen die Veranstalter eine rauschende Turnierparty und rheinische Gastfreundschaft:

der RC Hürth lädt Euer Team herzlich zu den 48. Internationalen Hürth Sevens ein.
Der Turniertag startet um 9.30 Uhr mit dem captain´s meeting und endet im Anschluß ans Endspiel in einer Turnierparty im Clubhaus!
Da wir nur am Pfingstsamstag spielen, wird der Tag zuvor oder danach Euch genügend Zeit lassen rheinische Gastfreundschaft zu genießen und bei einem Trip ins nahe Köln zu erfahren, was das Nachtleben einem Rugby-Touristen so zu offerieren hat.
Nach einem gelungenen Pfingstturnier 2011 liegen uns auch schon Anmeldungen für´s nächste Jahr vor – nichts wie hin!
Selbstverständlich bieten wir Euch jegliche Unterstützung bei der Organisation der Tour an, die Wahl eines preisgünstigen Hotels oder die Möglichkeit, kostenlos neben dem Sportgelände zu campen!

If your club is thinking of touring this year we would like to invite you to play in the
International Hürth Sevens Cologne, Germany.
Although Germany is not particularly well-known for its achievements in world rugby, be assured that Cologne-based Rugby-Club Hürth have gained quite a lot of experience in hosting touring men's sides, as this will be the 48th edition of the event.
National and international teams from all over Europe will join us, starting with a welcome for the team managers and ending with a tournament party. On Saturday the captain´s meeting is at 9.30 and kick-off at 10 o´clock.
The day before or after the tournament will leave plenty of time to sample real german hospitality with your hosts and still take an extended trip to the nearby City of Cologne to experience what the local nightlife has to offer to a rugby tourist.
And would a visit to Germany not be an interesting alternative to your club's touring routine? The short distance to the region's European neighbors, especially to French (Calais/Eurotunnel 413 km), Belgian (Ostende 329 km) and Dutch (Rotterdam 259 km) ports, not to mention the bargain flights to nearby airports of Cologne and Düsseldorf from any European Metropole make it an easy and affordable trip to the International Hürth Sevens. Not to mention the opportunity to bring your own tents and camp just beside the clubhouse! Your club treasurer will love the idea.
